These terms cover your use of thequeenssanctuary.com and anything you buy from The Queen's Sanctuary, including The 2am Plan. By buying or using our products, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email chaela@chaelaunhooked.com before you buy.
The Queen's Sanctuary is a brand of Sumner McKenzie, Inc., a company based in Washington State, USA, and is run by Chaela (Chaela Unhooked). When these terms say "we," "us" or "our," they mean Sumner McKenzie, Inc., doing business as The Queen's Sanctuary. "You" means the person using the site or buying a product.
The 2am Plan is a digital toolkit. After checkout you receive an email with a login to your member area, where the toolkit lives. Some parts, such as the full 16-question reading, are on a separate page protected by a password that we send you after purchase.
Nothing is shipped to you. Everything is delivered online.
Prices are shown on the sales page in US dollars and are one-time payments unless the page says otherwise. Checkout is handled by ThriveCart and the payment processors it connects to. We never see or store your full card number.
Because The 2am Plan is a digital product and you get instant access to all of it, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. The same applies to any add-on you buy, including The Sanctuary Companion. If you're unsure whether a product is right for you, please ask us before you buy.
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for yourself. You can print pages and save them for your own use.

The 2am Plan and everything else we offer are self-help resources written from lived experience. They are not therapy, counselling, medical advice or a diagnosis, and they don't replace care from a qualified professional.
They are not built for emergencies. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line. findahelpline.com lists free, confidential support in your country.
Our products are for adults aged 18 and over.
If you buy The Sanctuary Companion, it runs inside your own ChatGPT or Claude account. Your use of those services is covered by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. The Companion offers reflections, not professional advice, and like any AI it can be wrong. You decide what to do with anything it says.
Everyone's relationships and circumstances are different. We share tools that have helped, but we can't promise any particular result from using them.
Our site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Sumner McKenzie, Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. If we are ever found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in place when you bought a product apply to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
